Mrs. Lola R. Jimison, 86, passed away on Wednesday, Oct.3, 2018, at Brownsburg Meadows in Brownsburg, Indiana. She was born one of eight children, in Ohio, on Jan. 28, 1932, to the late Dow and Blanche Wilson.
Raised in Ohio, Lola was a graduate of Rawson High School.
On Nov. 14, 1952, she was married to Lawrence E. "Larry" Jimison in Brownsburg, Indiana. He preceded her in death on July 28, 2014.
Lola was a devoted homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was a member of the Brownsburg Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling to Wisconsin and walking on the beaches in Florida. In addition, Lola found pleasure in the outdoors, planting flowers and watching hummingbirds.
Survivors include, three sons, Doug (Jane) Jimison of Brownsburg, Lynn E. (Deanna) Jimison of Panama City, FL, and Chip (Barb) Jimison of Indianapolis; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; a sister, Rheta Depuy of Findlay, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Lola was preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Jimison, and six siblings.
Private Committal Services will be held at a later date at Brownsburg Cemetery.
Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory of Lebanon, Indiana have been entrusted with her arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. On Line Condolences:

Sorry for your loss. Not a weekend goes by that we don't talk about the cribbage games, she hated to lose.We had many a fun times and laughs .and many memories of them.

& Family. It's always difficult to lose someone we loved. She sounded like someone I would have enjoyed. I'm guessing you got your laid back and easy going style from her 🎈😘
