I am so sorry to hear about Cindy’s passing. God gained an angel when she entered His gates. She gained so much respect when she and her dogs worked at HRH. They would lift the spirits high. RIP Cynthia June Lyon

She was a wonderful teacher and humanitarian. She taught my son in 2nd grade, that is where we first met. I saw her many times since 2001 with her therapy dogs. She will be so missed. She was a truly loving and caring lady.

Cindy was one of a kind. One of the kindest people I have ever met. I remember calling her one day that she was off and asked if she could bring EllieMae to see one of our pediatric patients. She was a four year old who was gravely I’ll and she wanted her dog (golden retriever). I called Cindy and asked if there was anyway she could bring EllieMae in for this little girl. Cindy didn’t miss a beat and said they would be there within the hour. She and EllieMae came and spent four hours with this little girl. I will never forget the look on her face and the happy tears that she shed. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Cindy. Rest in piece my Friend ♥️♥️♥️

I'm so very sorry for your loss. My daughter and I visited with Cynthia last spring at the HRH Easter event. My daughter was, of course, drawn to pet the Golden Retriever with her. The number of people Cynthia and a Golden Retriever touched was so very high. I'll always remember how put together she was. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Cynthia was a very special lady. Her kind and giving nature touched so many people, including me. The day I met her at Brownsburg Public Library after giving her talk on Therapy Dogs enhanced my life forever! She will be missed. My thoughts are with you all during this sad time.
